We are a boutique law firm established in 2008 in the Western Cape Province of South Africa.

Our firm was founded and is managed by Sean Bosse an admitted attorney and conveyancer with over 18 years’ experience. Prior to establishing Bosse and Associates, Sean was a director of a leading law firm in South Africa where he focussed on business law and advisory. During this time Sean was awarded his MBA (Masters in Business Administration) from Oxford Brooks university in the United Kingdom.

As a modern-day law legal practice, we are not limited by our geographic location. Our active presence on the web and our use of the latest technology systems and platforms allows us to not only represent clients throughout South Africa but also to represent international clients.

The overarching guiding principle of our firm is that we endeavour to always provide the legal expertise of a big law firm but with the personal attention one gets from a smaller firm.
